This exciting senior opportunity is with a global financial institution that covers Private Equity, Wealth Management, Capital Markets and Asset Management.
The position is for a Principal or (Junior) Partner to join their Private Equity business in Asia in the Shanghai office. The right candidate will be highly experienced in Growth / Buy-out Investment deals into the China/PRC region investing in smaller companies (circa $10-20Million) across sectors such as Business Services / Manufacturing / Healthcare / Technology.
A very strong investment deal life-cycle experience is required from origination and execution to monitoring, as well as a good background working with senior management teams and operational experience. Fluent language skills in English and Chinese Mandarin are essential to the role.
