Senior Regulatory Specialist - Top Tier Investment Bank / Securities Firm

My client, a leading investment bank and securities firm is looking for a specialist in regulatory capital to join it’s financial control team to responsible for regulatory reporting, systems, control across South East Asia
- Provide guidance and advice on regulatory capital for the business executed in the SEA region
- Manage a small but qualified team to provide advice on regulatory capital matters and compliance with all regulations in the area
- Play a key part in the implementation of new systems and policies across the group
- Educate senior business members on strategic regulatory matters
- Production of key capital and risk metrics for the group
Qualifications:
- 6+ year experience with at least 6 years of relevant and proven experience in regulatory capital matters especially on Basel and MAS requirements
- Implementation and application of Basel and MAS requirements especially with compliance with MAS 637
- Knowledge of complex investment banking products and the risk capital computations (trading and non-trading book products)
- Experience in the introduction of advanced approaches in risk capital computations is preferred
- Have proven experience in introducing and advising senior management on this subject matter
